Why we built this
After more than 20 years running complex sales pursuits— enterprise software, consulting, professional services — the same pattern kept appearing. Sellers working hard on the wrong things. Teams spending hours in deal reviews that produced optimism, not clarity. Managers asking “where are we?” instead of “what do we do next?”
The knowledge to fix this existed. It sat inside experienced practitioners — sales directors, VPs, and enterprise leaders who’d won and lost deals at the highest level and knew exactly what those reviews were missing. But that knowledge was inaccessible. It lived in a handful of senior heads, not on the desk of the rep who needed it at 9pm before a critical meeting.
WinCoach.AI was built to change that.We brought together a panel of senior sales leaders and structured their knowledge into a coaching engine.
