Why we're writing
WinCoach.AI exists because the most valuable sales knowledge in the world sits inside the heads of a small number of senior practitioners — and most sellers never get access to it. We built the product to change that: coaching grounded in the experience of a panel of senior sales leaders, applied by AI to the specific deal in front of you.
This blog is the extension of that idea in long form. The posts here are written by, or co-authored with, the same contributors who shape the coaching you see in the product. Not generic "sales tips" recycled from the internet. Not AI-generated filler. Real practitioner thinking on winning complex deals — the situations that don't have obvious answers and where pattern-matching from someone who has been there before is worth more than a best-practice checklist.
What to expect
Expect honest thinking, not comfortable thinking. A deal scored 42 really is in trouble; we'd rather say so clearly than dress it up. Expect depth over volume — if a piece isn't worth reading, we won't publish it just to keep a cadence. And expect the frameworks we use inside the product to show up here too, explained and argued for in public so you can decide whether they hold up.
